We are a systems biology research group at the Comenius University, Bratislava, Slovakia.
In our lab, we investigate living organisms as systems of interacting parts. We employ quantitative and computational analyses to characterise processes in which the whole is more than the sum of its parts. We specialise in uncovering interactions between combinatorial perturbations, such as interaction between drugs (cf. Lukačišin & Bollenbach, 2019, Cell Systems) and we employ those to find new mechanisms of gene regulation (cf. Lukačišin et al., 2022, Nature).
We are currently building up our recently established group. We are looking for wet and dry scientists alike.
We are looking for motivated PhD students, Postdocs, and Master students to join the team (more info) !
